We are looking for a motivated, hardworking Customer Success Manager to help our customers realize and improve the value of their Mynewsdesk subscription.

You are responsible for the entire customer life cycle management from onboarding and product adoption to growth. The Customer Success Manager is responsible for establishing relationships and becoming a trusted advisor. You are the “go-to” person for best practises and advice. 

We’re looking for someone who thrives by having daily interactions with customers.

Responsible for:

  • Own the entire relationship within the assigned portfolio of customers.
  • Support and nurture customers throughout the entire customer life cycle (from onboarding to advocacy) 
  • Establish a strategic trusted advisor relationship with each assigned customer and drive continued partnership value through consultancy, services and tailored training. 
  • Work with customers to establish critical goals and key performance indicators that aid the customer in achieving their best.
  • Proactively identify risk and deliver adoption activities to improve utilization of low usage customers.  
  • Maximizing growth through potentially identified up sell opportunities
  • Advocate customer needs/issues internally through cross-departmental dialogue.
  • Work with your CSM peers and Sales to develop the customer journey further and improve efficiency in our services. 

Required skills: 

  • Proven experience working in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar customer-focused role. 
  • Good experience in SaaS service delivery or corresponding service models.
  • Experience with enterprise CRM or customer service application, particularly
  • Good knowledge of SEO or SMM workings would be an advantage
  • You’re driven: No one needs to push you to excel; it’s just who you are.

  • You want to help and serve our customers: You understand that if they win, you win.
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English
