Country Manager Finland

A fast growth Stockholm headquartered Digital PR innovator is seeking a seasoned leader to continue development of the business in Finland. Already having gained success in the region with a portfolio which includes global brands, the Country Manager will take leadership responsibility for the growing sales team, shape and implement business development strategies and work operationally within sales. This role will play a crucial part in moving the Finnish business to the next level as we continue to grow. This role reports directly to the Global Sales Officer.

Responsibilities: 

  • You will lead and actively grow the Finland sales team and by that, take charge of attracting and recruiting new sales stars into your team. 
  • You will develop the team and individuals, ensuring effective onboarding and developing to high performing sales representatives. 
  • You will drive organisational change within your team, setting up and implementing effective processes and structures as the organisation keeps growing.
  • You will be responsible for the team's revenue performance by managing and supporting each sales individual. Measuring and proactively driving performance through KPIs, forecasts, commits as well as reporting will be part of your daily managerial business. You yourself will be operating within new business, building strategic relationships and working towards realising your team's revenue targets. 

Who you are: 

  • You bring in extensive leadership experience in a growth company, preferably in the online or SaaS-sector or in the field of digitalization. 
  • You have a proven track record in sales management and in leading and developing high performing sales teams. 
  • You show a high level of entrepreneurial thinking and strategic approaches - you see, evaluate and realize new business opportunities; you are willing to take risks and try out new things. 
  • You are a true self-starter with a positive mindset - your work approach is characterised by a strong proactivity, a high sense of responsibility, endurance and a great amount of initiative.
