We are looking for a Customer Support Agent who will be based at Mynewsdesk Headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden, and reporting to the Manager for Central support.

We are expanding our customer base and need to work smart to keep our high quality and personalized support and service that we today supply our customers with. This role plays a vital role in how our customers perceive us as a company and their experience with the product. Our aim is to create an environment in which you can grow, develop and – most importantly - succeed!

The support team is a key function to manage all reactive support, feature requests and issue management. They work closely with both Customer Success/Account Management and Product Development.

As Customer Support Agent, you will handle incoming support via phone, email and chat from customers globally from all our local markets. You will manage the customers, their requests, ideas and issues in a professional and timely manner acting as the voice of the customer. The work will also include bug reporting and updating our FAQ.

What are we looking for?

  • A curious, service minded and technical troubleshooter who will join our international Customer Support team
  • A person with the ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, results orientated environment
  • An honest, transparent and trustworthy team player
  • Good at paying attention to details

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Required language skills; Swedish and English both written and spoken
  • An additional language; primarily native speaking Norwegian  
  • 1-2 years experience or other service related work
  • Working knowledge of different browsers and operating systems
  • Previous experience of working with cloud based services (SaaS)
  • Previous experience within PR and Communication is an advantage
