We’re looking for an exceptional and skillful marketer who can take our marketing automation to the next level. You will be our expert in running the marketing automation system, connecting with salesforce, setting up campaigns and building nurture programs. In our mission to provide an exceptional experience through the customer lifecycle, you will definitely play a key role.

As a Marketing Automation Specialist at Mynewsdesk, you will work with other specialists within conversion optimization, paid acquisition, copywriting, launch and campaign management as well as designers and developers.

As part of the Marketing Operations team, you will enjoy a creative, challenging and collaborative environment where your contribution, energy, and ideas will be every bit as valued as your marketing automation expertise.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute our marketing automation strategy.
  • Support Mynewsdesk’s lifecycle marketing by building nurture programs and running campaigns with a focus on set-up, execution and reporting of performance.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of your activities. Report progress and learnings and share key insights with various stakeholders. Iterate, improve and optimize.
  • Ensure that communication flows, customer segments, triggers and logic are functioning properly.
  • Work closely with our business systems team, sales operations and product department to share insights as well as identify and solve technical issues.
  • Work from our office in Stockholm

Who you are :

  • You have a proven track record of deploying, measuring, developing and optimizing impactful email campaigns with an organized and superior attention to detail.
  • Your skills in Salesforce and Hubspot (or similar Marketing Automation Systems) are excellent.
  • You have experience with lead scoring and lead management
  • You have a good understanding of the customer lifecycle and a strong interest in the strategy behind a great customer experience.
  • Your English writing and communication skills are good.
  • Preferably you are familiar with A/B testing and other growth experiments.
