“Data driven” Product Marketing Manager

Well, we might just be a match made in heaven! Right now, we are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Product team in Stockholm.
As our Product Marketing Manager you’ll be like the conductor of a symphony for Mynewsdesks products and services. You’ll gather information on what customers want and need, and then create a plan for how to best showcase and sell the products to them. This includes developing marketing campaigns, creating strategies for product launches and promotions, and working with the sales team to make sure everything runs smoothly. You’ll also keep an eye on how the products are doing in the market and make adjustments as necessary. In short, you will be responsible for making sure the right people hear about and fall in love with our products.
You’ll be a part of Mynewsdesk’s Product team at the heart of our business, working relentlessly with developing our product and creating the exciting future we have ahead! The team consists of senior designers and product leaders. You’ll also have a dotted line to our Chief Marketing Officer and collaborate with our 11 Mynewsdesker strong marketing team.

As our Product Marketing Manager you’ll be our go-to person for:
Market Intelligence: Understand the competitive landscape and implement communication strategies to take and maintain a leadership position.
Product positioning: Working actively with product, marketing and sales to successfully orchestrate the maximum success of each product (product positioning, messaging and persona work).
Product packaging: Support in early conceptualizing of new products and take ownership of the marketing and communicative perspective.
Product messaging: Understand features and functions of our product and what business problem they address. Be able to communicate these values in marketing activities and sales.
Project Managing: Own and execute product launch campaigns.
Website: Ownership of product content on our website.
Sales Enablement and Support: Develop and manage collateral such as product sheets and other sales material.
Support in/quality assurance of how we communicate in our product.
We’d love to talk to you if you have:
Experience from conceptualizing, position and communicating new products
Strong work ethic and can do attitude, along with the ability to work independently
Five or more years of experience working as a Product Marketing Manager in B2B SaaS business
Fluent in Swedish and English (both written and spoken)
Effective communication, presentation and writing skills
Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and marketing automation
To fit in this role, you need to be a true self-starter and possess a strong work-ethic, a go-getter mindset, have effective communication skills (written and verbal), and excellent ability of project management.
As our product marketing manager, it is crucial to have a structured approach to your work. Being able to coach and inspire the team is also an important skill, as it helps to ensure that everyone is working towards the same goals. Additionally, being persuasive and able to create relationships with key stakeholders is critical for success. In summary, you need to be a good coach and leader, inspiring, persuasive, with an ability to create relationships as well as concepts to structure and package the product in a way that appeals to the target audience.
