We’re looking for our next Global Customer Success star! Candidates must speak Finnish.

Our Customer Success Managers are able to guide customers in multiple channels and are expert multitaskers. We push hard to deliver the highest level of success excellence to all our customers, whether they are served locally or need help in a multinational marketplace.

To succeed as a CSM here you’ll need to be hands on, resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized. You are an exceptional communicator and building rapport with your customers comes naturally to you.

CSM responsibilities
Share overall relationship with assigned customers - Tasks include: Increasing adoption, ensuring retention and improving satisfaction levels.

Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned customer and drive continued partnership value through consultancy, services and tailored training.
Develop, prepare for, and nurture customers from onboarding to advocacy.
Work with customers to establish critical goals and key performance indicators that aid the customer in achieving their best.
Work to identify, analyse and/or develop upsell opportunities that are right for the needs of the customer and relay user experience to our product team.
Advocate customer needs/issues internally through cross-departmental dialogue.
Work with the global CSM team to develop the customer journey further and improve efficiency in our services.

Your qualifications
Prior experience in Customer Success or equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention in roles such as AM or solution specialist.
Good experience in SaaS service delivery or corresponding service models.
Familiarity working with b2b customers and contacts of all sizes.
Strong team player but a self-starter/finisher when called for.
Working knowledge and experience in process and workflow documentation and adherence.
Good knowledge of SEO or SMM workings.

Language requirements
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and Finnish - Both must be at native level.

Further - Very high level of competence in English and/or other widely used language will be seen as an advantage in this process.

Further professional requirements
3+ years of relevant customer facing experience - either in customer success, technical support, product/solution specialist or AM roles.

Working experience in Enterprise level contact with Finnish customers will be seen as an advantage in this process.
2+ years of experience with Salesforce, Force.com or other CRM platform.
Prior experience in preparing for and closing sales deals with management or C level decision makers.
