So demand team, what’s that about and what does a campaign manager do? Simply put, demand is all about contributing to revenue growth. Attracting new customers, nurturing old leads back to life, or turning customers into loyal fans. We’re on it.

As a campaign manager you’re our internal consultant on how we craft the best campaigns attracting and retaining our customers. Your partners in crime are our local marketing managers making sure we connect to each market’s local needs. You also work closely with our content manager around - you guessed it - content, and our PPC specialist in building cross-channel experiences.

  • Role: Marketing Campaign Manager
  • Seniority: In the middle. You have been doing stuff like this for a couple of years. You might have worked in-house or at an agency with demanding clients, and you have a higher or other relevant education within business or marketing.
  • Skills: You’ve worked with marketing from a funnel or journey perspective. Hands-on email marketing experience using marketing automation apps like Marketo, Salesforce, or similar. You’re comfortable creating messages in Swedish and English for a specific audience following a strategy and set tone of voice. You’re a critical thinker and can get a message across. B2B marketing background is a plus.
  • What will be expected of you: You’ll be our email marketing ninja, working with local marketing managers, PPC and content specialists to build regional and global campaigns to nurture leads into the hands of sales and making brand ambassadors out of our customers.
  • Toys you’ll be working with: Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Instapage, Zapier, and more.
