Do you thrive in hands-on leadership and love developing strong sales teams?
We’re looking for a Head of Sales - KAM who wants to build structure, drive renewals and expansion business, and elevate performance across Sweden, Norway and Denmark. In this role, you’ll be deeply involved in the day-to-day: coaching, pipeline work, CRM analysis and supporting your team through the decisions that shape their success. What you’ll do
Lead and develop a Nordic KAM team of nine, with full people responsibility: coaching, 1:1s and ongoing growth.
Drive renewals and secure GRR ~85% and NRR 100%.
Own new + expansion sales of 12–13 MSEK annually.
Ensure strong KPI follow-up, pipeline management and CRM accuracy.
Build structure, processes and ways of working in an environment with high churn and development needs.
Step into complex customer cases when needed.
Your everyday
Coaching sessions, pipeline reviews, CRM insights and helping the team navigate operational challenges, with high presence on-site (min. 3 days/week) and some Nordic travel (estimated to 2-4 days/month).
Who you are
An experienced sales leader who’s led teams before, ideally across multiple markets.
Communicative, transparent and steady, someone who solves problems collaboratively and stays calm in complex environments.
Data-driven with strong CRM and KPI experience; SaaS sales background is a plus.
Reflective rather than dogmatic; you listen, reason and take thoughtful decisions.
